Unfortunately, due to Covid we have a NO RETURN POLICY, which means after receiving your item there is no option to return ANY item(s) purchased.

Damages and issues (Please note: YOU MUST SEND PHOTOS )
Please inspect your order upon reception, contact us and send photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items are eligible for a full refund if damaged during shipping, if the customer is responsible due to wear and tear, accidental spilling/staining or failure to follow wash instructions you will not receive a refund. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE IS A 24 HOUR REFUND WINDOW FAILURE TO PERFORM THE ABOVE STEPS WITHIN THE ALLOTTED WINDOW, WILL RESULT IN A VOIDED REFUND FOR WRONG ITEMS, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS. AGAIN WE HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY DUE TO COVID, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO SEND ANY ITEMS BACK TO FIGURENURSE APPAREL
No Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, sale items or gift cards, any custom products (such as special orders , customized or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We do not accept returns NO EXCEPTIONS. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
There is a ONE TIME EXCHANGE without returning the previously purchased item(s). This means we will ship item(s) of equal value at no cost to you including shipping and handling, please allow 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS for items to arrive.
